In some cases, yes. We will not promote property to you in countries where we consider purchasing to be "risky".
The emerging countries such as Bosnia, Lithuania, Blugaria and Latvia are all very risky and purchasing may not result in you actually owning the property or the land on which it is built.
For good reason we do not advocate any purchase from new emerging countries which in most cases do not have an effective Police Force. Paying protection money is no way to enjoy your home or investment overseas!
