We do not represent any particular builder or developer and we are just as happy to find you a resale home as a new one off-plan.

The staff at Your Home in the Sun will discuss your requirements with you in detail - you may be looking for a villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a swimming pool; a home on a championship golf course; a two bedroom condominium next to Disney World; or perhaps a luxury waterfront apartment with its own dock. You may prefer a brand new home or a resale property.

We will confirm your budget with you and then instigate a search for properties which most fit your requirements. Only then will we arrange a visit for you so that, with us as your guide, you can inspect the properties in your own time. Then, when you have decided to buy, we will introduce you to an independent solicitor (English speaking where necessary) to take care of all the legal necessities on your behalf.

It is probably one of the most exciting purchases you are likely to make and our aim is to make the whole process of buying your home in the sun as enjoyable and pleasurable as possible. You will be looked after on an individual basis by one of our independent agents. You certainly will not be subjected to a quick 3-day buying frenzy along with lots of other buyers, which seems to characterise most inspection trips.
